Master Web Work provides a comprehensive cloud-based billing, GST compliance, and invoice management platform. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time.

3. User Accounts & Security

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account password.
• All activities that occur under your account.
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, or international law.
• Violate or encourage others to violate the rights of third parties.
• Interfere with security-related features of the Services.
• Generate fraudulent invoices or financial documents.

5. Payment and Subscription

Fees for the Services are billed on a subscription basis. You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan. All payments are processed securely through our authorized payment gateways (including Razorpay). Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your access to the Services.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, technology, software, and intellectual property associated with the Services are the exclusive property of Master Web Work and its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for your internal business operations.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Master Web Work shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Karnataka.
