Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Master Web Work, we strive to provide the best possible experience with our billing and invoice management platform. We understand that circumstances may change, and we have established this policy to ensure clarity regarding cancellations and refunds.
1. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team.
- Monthly Subscriptions: Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will continue to have access to the platform until that time.
- Annual Subscriptions: Cancellation will prevent the subscription from renewing at the end of the current year. Access will remain until the end of the paid term.
- No Partial Refunds: We do not provide prorated refunds for the remaining period of a subscription cycle after cancellation.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. You may be eligible for a refund in the following scenarios:
- Technical Failures: If a persistent technical issue on our end prevents you from using the core features of the platform for more than 72 hours.
- Duplicate Billing: If you were accidentally charged multiple times for the same subscription period.
- Trial Period: If you cancel within the first 7 days of a new subscription (limit once per customer).
Please note that refunds are not provided for "change of mind" or if you failed to use the Services during the subscription period.
3. Non-Refundable Services
Certain services provided through our platform are subject to the policies of third-party vendors (e.g., Google, Microsoft, Domain Registrars). Payments for the following services are strictly non-refundable:
- Third-Party Licenses: Including but not limited to Microsoft 365 (Office 365) emails, Google Workspace (G-Suite) accounts, and software licenses where we act as a reseller.
- Domain Name Services: Registration, renewal, and transfer fees for domain names, as these are processed immediately with central registries.
- Security Certificates: SSL/TLS certificates once issued by the Certificate Authority.
- Third-Party Infrastructure: Cloud hosting or specialized server instances provisioned through external providers.
By purchasing these services, you acknowledge that Master Web Work must pay the upstream provider immediately, and consequently, we cannot offer any refunds or credits once the procurement process has initiated.
4. Refund Process
To request a refund for eligible services, please email us at info@masterwebwork.com with your account details and the reason for the request.
- Once approved, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method used (Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, etc.).
- Refunds typically take 5 to 7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment processor (e.g., Razorpay).
5. Modifications to Services
Master Web Work reserves the right to modify or discontinue any part of the Services. In the event of a permanent discontinuation of Services, we will provide a prorated refund for any pre-paid, unused subscription time.
