1. Digital & Service Delivery Model

All offerings provided by Master Web Work—including software subscriptions, digital assets, and technical maintenance—are delivered digitally or executed directly on your web infrastructure. No physical delivery is involved at any stage.

2. Delivery & Fulfillment Timeframes

• SaaS & Digital Products: Instant activation or access provided immediately upon successful payment confirmation.
• Website Maintenance Services: Service fulfillment typically commences within 24 to 48 business hours once all necessary access credentials and technical requirements have been received from the client.
• Custom Enterprise Solutions: Deployment schedules are coordinated with the client, typically completed within 3-5 business days.

3. Method of Delivery

We deliver our services through the following digital channels:

• Web Access: Full access to the dashboard is provided via your registered account on my.masterwebwork.com.
• Email Confirmation: A confirmation email containing your subscription details, login instructions, and receipt will be sent to your registered email address.
• API Documentation: For developer services, API keys and documentation links are provided within the user portal.

4. Costs & Fees

Since our delivery is purely digital, there are no shipping charges or handling fees. The price you see at checkout is the final price for the digital service, inclusive of applicable taxes (GST).

5. Deployment Issues

In the rare event that you do not receive access or a confirmation email within 2 hours of payment, please check your "Spam" or "Promotions" folder. If you still cannot locate your access details, please contact our support team immediately.

6. International Access

Our platform is accessible globally. There are no geographical restrictions on the "delivery" of our digital services, although compliance features (like GST) are specifically tailored for the Indian market.
